The activity of growth hormone is transient and has sufficient direct and indirect effects during its activity time of half an hour or so.

The immediate effect is that growth hormone binds to receptors on target cells. Growth hormone receptors are also found on fat cells (Adipocytes) and myocytes. When growth hormone binds to adipocyte receptors, it stimulates them to break down triglycerides and inhibits the adipocyte's ability to absorb circulating lipids, thereby reducing fat mass.

When growth hormone enters the liver, one result of passing through the liver is the secretion of insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1) by the liver. When igF-1 is secreted, it stimulates the proliferation of chondrocytes, which leads to bone growth. It also plays a role in stimulating the proliferation and differentiation of muscle cells (precursors of skeletal muscle fibers). Igf-1 promotes amino acid absorption and protein synthesis in muscle and other tissues. Other tissues (muscles, etc.) are also present because they act as growth hormone and induce the release of insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1).

Growth hormone can stimulate the anabolism of protein in human tissues. This reflects higher protein synthesis rate, decreased protein oxidation, and increased absorption and utilization of amino acids. As mentioned above, growth hormone can stimulate the breakdown of triglycerides in fat cells and oxidize fat (adipocytes) to improve utilization.

Growth hormone can also affect the function of other hormones. It inhibits insulin's ability to promote glucose uptake in peripheral tissues and increase liver glucose synthesis, but growth hormone actually stimulates insulin secretion and may produce symptoms of hyperinsulinemia. This combination may lead to decreased insulin sensitivity, which in turn can lead to high blood sugar.Growth hormone also has a slight inhibitory effect on our thyroid hormone function, but there are large individual differences. The vast majority of users need not worry about this. If you want to increase the metabolic rate or enhance the function of growth hormone while using growth hormone, consider adding a small dose of thyroxine. We will provide some relevant usage strategies in this guide.

We are trying to find a hormone that can help us maintain and speed up the healing of most of the body's systems, that can create new cartilage, bone and muscle cells, that can help with protein absorption, reduce protein oxidation, and that can speed up fat utilization.
